400hp street go system
have an 89 F250 351W, originally came from the factory with EFI.
when purchased the truck squirrels had destroyed the wiring system, so decided to put the fitech 400hp system on it.
Finally got the IAC to fall between the desired parameters (0-10 on my end) but can't go past half throttle before my truck bogs and pops in the TB. my AFR is all over the place from 9%-20%.
I have tried adjusting the fuel parameters, disconnected the DFCO system, checked the MAPS gasket, ect.
can someone, anyone for the love of God shed some light into this problem? I am at my wits end.

Have you checked to make sure timing is correct and fuel pressure is correct? You need a timing light that can also check for total timing. If timing or any mechanical is off, the Fitech will not cure the issue. When I run into issues like yours, I put a carb and get everything running great as carbs are more forgiving. Once I know the motor is running right, I remount FI throttle body unit and get that set-up. Countless times I have run into issues with users performance distributors. I stick to stock distributors with a pertronic unit upgrade or a factory HEI unit.
