4L60E dropping out of gear

Just installed TCI street fighter with 3000 stall converter, the initial shift into next gear is great then a second or two later it drops out and then back in only does this after low to second unless you manually shift under some good rpm what can i look for? I've already added 25% more line pressure thinking there was not enough do i need to go more?? MY BAD I AM USING GO SHIFT installed the same tine as the GO EFI
if it were easy everyone would do it....

I have a Go Shift on the shelf. No experience with this yet. But, the guys with LS systems also talk a lot about their trans controls. Check in that section.
