big problem plz hp me harry
hi
my fitech have a bad peroblem
when i turn switch fitech worked and fuel pump turn on then after 5 sec turned off
but hand held do not turn on i connect 2 wire( - + ) on hand held board on batt section that showed and marked + - then hand held turned on but when i go to initial setup showed an error : cannot connect to ecu
and when i start the engine injector doesn't work
can any body help me ?

i forgot connect o2 sensor for this reason injector doesnt work
so my big problem for starting solved but hand held still doesnt connected !
what do i do ?

they answer :
Seems Like you have a Bad Ecu from the videos I have watched. If it is with the 1 year off warranty we can replace it for you.
If it is passed the warranty period you would have to purchase new ECU which is at a cost of $225 plus shipping. Thank you

The handheld is just a tuner. The ECU that runs the system is in the handheld.
You do NOT have to leave the handheld plugged in.

fitech can deliver fuel to engine and runing just hand held can not

There is a loose or broken connection to the handheld via the cable. Check the connection on both sides of the handheld cable.

i did check cable with multi meter buzzer test
but all 4 steps of cable was healthy

on cable about 12v
but on hand held board 3.5 to 4.5 volts

Sounds like we need to get you a Cable and or a Handheld.
