I have had no issue in the past opening the USB Mass Storage on my PC and looking at the Log files. I updated software quite some time ago to 1.49.Bin (New handheld) and today when trying to load my log files into my PC I receive a message "Communication" and then "Timeout" when trying to use the handheld with my laptop. The handheld then restarts when I receive that message.

I tried 4 different USB-C cables, and two different Laptops. Still having the issue. Any suggestions?
