Crank no start

Hey yall, so I'm working with the 400hp setup and have a SBC with this freshly installed. I have all power and grounds installed as they should with an independent ignition wire and ground from the throttle body too the battery as well. The body is getting fuel as it should, the pump and all that is working and all is above 11 volts when cranking. Still no start. If I put gas in it directly it fires right up no issues and then dies again due too lack of fuel. On the handheld fuel pump is going from 48ms too like 8.6 or so and I'm not getting a fuel flow rate no matter what I do. I pulled the injectors and verified power too them as well. All seems too be working as it should except the lack of fuel... any help is appreciated I feel it's something simple I'm missing just can't seem to figure it out and driving me insane! Thanks in advance!

A few questions: what size motor is it? Is it a mild or wild cam? in-tank or inline fuel pump? What is the fuel pressure at the throttle body when you power the fuel pump? When you turn the ignition key to the on position, do your hear the prime shot? While it is doing the prime shot, you should see fuel being shot in all barrels of the throttle body. Do you see that? Another thing to do is to turn the key to the on position and let the prime shot finish and then turn the key off. Once again turn the key on and wait for the prime shot to complete and wait 20 to 30 seconds and then try starting the car .

It's a basic 350 chevy small block. Elderbrock, mild cam so I have that set too 2. It's a brand new inline fitech pump that came with the master kit. I am not sure on pressure that's my next thing too go grab my manual gauge and get that checked so I can reply later on that. Yes I hear the prime shot and such and hear the click of the injectors and upon removal I have fuel too them, power too them, and they seem too be working far as the prime shot goes but at the same time I can do that 5 times over and still won't get enough fuel too get it too start. A little brake clean and it starts right up but won't stay running. I will reply with pressure soon

Stay away from in-line fuel pumps. Especially Fitech branded pump which is made in china and junk. I always recommend a in-tank fuel pump such as Walbro, which is made in the USA. I have no issues with my in-tank pump and in-tank pumps are kept cool by the gas. Remember any modern day car has a in-tank fuel pump.
