Austin,
Were are not complaining. Just thought since you do tech and tuning for Fitech as stated in a previous post by you, you would have a better incite to relay end user concerns to Fitech as I find alot of companies dont listen to the end user ( at least that is the case in the computer IT world). I do my best to support and promote Fitech product. But as a example in the case of fault injector driver chip in early 2020, had you had not posted that, Fitech users would have never known about the issue and to look out for it. That is something Fitech should post as a notice on their website or tech video so end users know in case they run into the issue. I can only hope Fitech comes on this site to read posts.
Not sure why this never came back to me to see. It has been well known about the injector driver issue. Nobody is hiding anything. In fact Fitech shut down production for 6 months to design a new ECU after this incident. And they have been very accommodating to those Users with this issue. But, I if they aren't made aware, they can't make it right. Not all units failed
Should note that Holley used the same chip and never changed anything. They continued to sell that faulty injector driver until the Sniper 2 came out. Then they gave up on all their Sniper 1 customers. I know several with dead units and can't get a replacement ECU.
Fitech redesigns their system with full retro capabilities starting with the first systems in 2015. Then they extend their warranty to 3 years on every product.
I have never seen any company stand behind their product like Fitech. If you are cordial and provide clear communication, they will jump cliffs for you. If you are an ass, things don't go as well .....

I get so discussed with myself for wasting 2k on it to the point I cant look at it without getting Pi$$ed off. Waiting to see if scrap metal prices go up to try and recoup $20 on the P,O,S.
First this is not a complaint website. This is a community of Users to help. Complaints go unheard unless sent to Fitech.
I can guess your frustration. The dual quad system is not a system to put on any engine. Driveability and Performance is a delicate balance with that much air flow.
Nothing wrong with the system. It will be the combination and/or install error.
The dual quad system is the hardest to get dialed in of any of the Fitech systems. And it has always been a combination issue. They work great on engine that truly need dual quads.

With respect to the FiTech forum , I have tried to edit my Fitech rants. As of now does not look as my edit posted. Let me know if a certain process is needed to delete or edit post.
