Flooding

Page 1 of 2Next

I am having problems with Fitech 30003.  Replaced injectors, ran fine for a warm-up...shut off for 30 minutes...restarted and ran fine, settled to correct idle & then flooded with fault code 203.  I have some data available at the Dropbox address below.

Which datalog has the code?

I cleared the code in the code section, before I logged #45.

Is data log 45 from an idle? I am far from a pro with the data and the fitech units, but if thats at idle you need to reset the TPS and the IAC. I could be way wrong but that is the one thing that stands out to me.

Just trying to help.

Your plugs are going to be F'd if your O2 is reading correctly.  Take them the heck out and clean them.  Not sure why your AFR isn't matching the target AFR, but that has to be resolved first.

May be a bad injector.

Changed out with new injectors, swapped out & followed the wiring not the injector.  OHM the injectors @ 12.6 checked the sol with 12 volt power supply test good ; air flow/12volt applied. No flow. Closed.   Brian is checking with warranty dep, for any other test to perform.   Got about 1500 miles on system without any problems,  until now.    Thanks for the look.

Having similar issues, I purchased mine in may of 2019.

Flood on start, not even cold start?

I just installed mine on my truck, I have had the system about a year.

Been sitting in the box most of the time, only about 600 miles on it?

Changed my fuel filter prior to the system installation?

I have spark, looks like the left rear carb port is filling with fuel?

Please send me a contact to resolve issue?
