flow rate from return line. ?

i have a 400hp unit , when the ign is only turned on , what should the flow rate be like out the return line , and what should it be like during cranking.. ( cant get any priming shot from fitech / wont start )
it was starting up good and running well before , now it wont start , spark is good.

I don't know what the flow rate would be but you should have about 58 PSI fuel pressure (most systems). I recommend adding a fuel pressure gauge near the Fitech inlet.
