Hot start up issue

I have the 750 kit on my 5.3, all stock omit for a Tick Performance turbo cam. I have my fuel system set up as a dead head, consisting of a walpro pump in the tank and fitech fuel reg up front with return at the reg.
When cold, it fires right up, no issues at all, ever.
(I must say I have not driven the car at all yet, this is past the initial start for the project, where I check fluids, leaks, fill up trans, set idle etc etc, so I have the car running long enough for it to go up to temp and the fan cycles a few time)

If I let it idle for a while up to normal operating temp and shut it off for about 5 or so minute, it will not re-start.
I went on and played with the fuel crank set up and at 170* I ended up with 90, after run at 170* is set to 90 and Prime fuel Multi is set to 290. Those are the only setting were it will actually start ok (not nearly as well as dead cold, where you barely hit the key and she's on!)
What concerns me is I'm so close to the max value in those 3 settings. It is basically the opposite direction that most people have to go! (I tried less fuel, no dice)

Is there something else wrong?
I don't think being dead headed on the fuel site is the issue either (I have a c6ZR1 that I road race and that starts just fine in any condition, it is dead head as well from factory)

In the pro cal software (I have my set up big table enabled so I use the laptop to tune it) I see there is a Crank Fuel PW vs ECT table
The description provided indicate that I could go in there and modify the numbers in order to inject more fuel based on my ECT (it has up to 224.6*) during cranking.
I'm thinking if I crank those numbers up, I could then reduce the other settings to more "sane" levels (not so close to the max)

Any thoughts?

Fixed:

I called fitech, we went through the motions of checking everything, when that did not change a thing, I sent them a couple logs of the condition. They stated the timing was doing some weird things and we should try to erase and reflash everything. They sent me the latest file and I reflahsed it all.
Car starts great cold (as usual) and when "heat soaked" it will now restart, at worst, on the second try. Throttle response has also vastly improved. I feel this is how the car should have run from the get go (for an ECM that has not learn anything).
So, if you have a problem, and you can't figure it out while everything checks out (voltage etc), might try a full reboot!
