I have a 30002 600hp throttle body unit on a stock 283 chevy. Can't seem to get the IAC steps adjusted. My target RPM is 780. Starts and idles but at 1,400 RPM. Idle adjustment screws on front and rear blades are 1/2 turn IN from 0. IAC set to Learn Mode ON. TPS is at 0%. IAC value reads 0 and bounces to 2 and 4 occasionally. I can turn the front idle screw IN,Clockwise...and I get to about 3000 RPM before the IAC value changes and then it abruptly jumps to 40 or 90. Even a 1/8 turn OUT/Counter clockwise causes the value to go back to 0. Is there a calibration adjustment for the IAC motor? What am I missing here?
