IAC’s settle in after restart
I set my IAC’s as instructed when initially setting up my build. Engine is running nicely. When I start my car for the first time though for the day, my IAC’s never settle down between 3-10. Even at temp they are at about 25. When I shut it down for a minute and start it right back up, it settles in where it should, around 6. It does that every time. I need to restart for it to run ISC’s correctly. I cannot get the initial cold start to settle in where it should.
Any thoughts? Gas consumption seems high as a second thought.

Those IAC steps are fine. Nothing to worry about there.
