LS Gen 3 and Gen 4 Cam sensor wiring differences

Has anyone run a LS 7002 FiTech on both of these engines? I had a LM7 5.3 with the 4l60E in my 1960 C10 Stepside. Over the winter I replaced the engine with a Vortec 4800 Gen4, VVT delete, with a Summit Stage 2 Turbo Camshaft, a Turbonetics 75/75 T-4 Turbo, with a 4l80E. I used a Casper Cam and Knock sensor extension harness plugged directly into the front cover Cam Sensor. Apparently this is wrong. When attempted to fire the rebuilt engine, I had no spark or fuel. It failed to start 3 times. No codes were showing. I got my Red Seal Mechanic involved, and he found a file in ECU for 58x crank and 4l80E trans. When loaded in, the engine fired up with a little throttle pedalling. I adjusted warm idle speed up and got it to idle a 730RPM. Temp up to 200 then dropped slightly, so I shut it down. Showed codes PO505 ( IAC ) and PO 340 ( CAM ).  Several of the Reset Learn functions were not taking. I need to know if I fried the cam sensor by not reversing the pigtail or if the ECU does the cam and crank corrections. Any help appreciated from those who have done similar, boosted LS builds. Thanks from Cobble Hill, BC, Canada. Not many FiTech Specialists  on Vancouver Island.

UPDATE : Problem solved. Once the file # LS T531A NITRO 58X 80E 39LB 201 was installed is when it fired up. Once the cam sensor wires were swapped on the 2 outside terminals, the PO 340 Fault code  did not return. Got it to idle and drove it around for an hour. Me Happy now !! The system runs on either 24x or 58x and 1 pole or 4 pole cam gears / sensors. Miles to go before I make some boost. Need to install the 80LB injectors soon too.
