Need help setting up shifting 4l60e
Hello need help or direction on how to get my shift points set up. I have a 2001 lm7 with the ultimate LS injection 700hp kit with transmission control. I have to manually shift or it will just ride out 1st gear to the rev limiter and not shift. I'm a little lost on how to set everything up any direction would help thanks in advance

did you calibrate the speedo in the handheld ?? You have to find a gps like an app on your smart phone that show speed and calibrate the speedo of your transmission control ecm.
keep in mind that that the up shift parameters in the handheld is not the mph you want the transmission to up shift. In the Tcm there’s a map base on gm tcm with mph set in. So if you put 8 mph value in the 1-2 up shift it will add 8 mph to the stock setting. In other words if the default setting is 8 mph for the 1-2 shift and you put 8 mph in the handheld you would end up with 8+8= 16mph for the 1-2 up shift.
