1978 Pontiac Trans Am - Pontiac 400ci (6.6l) - 4 speed manual

Purchased the #30002/#40003 package back in July of 2016.  Had hoped to get it installed before our move from Minnesota to central Colorado but just recently was able to get to the project.  The install of the components went well but am having some setup/learn issues.  Hoping to get some help learning how to dial in the setup so I can enjoy driving in the mountains.  Live at 9,200 feet and the towns north and south of us in the valley vary in altitude from 10,200 to 7,000 feet.  Mountain passes getting in and out of the valley vary in altitude up to nearly 12,000 feet.
