not starting cold

my system (30005)has been working well all summer. then came fall cold weather (below freezing) and it started then flooded out. unit was dumping fuel in like crazy, I got into pro tuning and lowered all numbers to minimum for prime shot, cranking fuel and warmup fuel. did all send to ecu steps turned key off and waited 30 sec. But it still pouring the fuel in when cranking. I have an external fuel regulator sending 60 lbs to unit. anyone have any ideas?

Sounds like a bad or struck injector. Had exact same thing. Contact FiTech they can send you a replacement.

I have no fault codes, wouldn't you get a fault code?

o2s mine did that and the o2s went bad i swapped it with a audi tt 99-02 runs great now
