Procal software issue

I've loaded the Procal software to my laptop with windows 10, including adding the drivers. When I connect the cable between the handheld and the computer and click on K line connection I get a connection. The issue I'm having is when I start the car I'm not getting any live info showing on the dash gauges on the laptop.  Question: are the dash gauges in the software supposed to show live numbers? If yes, any idea what I may be doing wrong?

Here is what I have for a fix.  Never have tried it.  Let me know if this helps.

The Windows driver signature needs to be disabled to be able to install the FiTech PC software correctly. This link is how to disable on windows 8 and 10.

Windows 10 has some built in defender for driver signatures that needs to be disabled:
If you have a different operating system try disabling any malware or virus protection and be sure you are the Admin of the computer.

Hi guys,

I have a Go-EFI two barrel setup for which the procal software is not delivered with it. Does anyone knows how to get one? Can't even find this on the official website.

Hi guys,

Send me an email requesting the software.  Austin@fitechefituning.com

Hoping to revive this thread...and not have to start a new one.  I've got the exact same issue, Windows 10, except I am running the 30004 software for the procal.  I was able to get someone at FiTech to send me the procal folder from a 30004 system, and was told I could use it with my 30002.   was able to install the procal software and K-line driver successfully, and disabed the driver signature enforcement as instructed. Once I go to use the Procal, I'm not getting any data coming through on the dash.  The procal says it' connected, but nothing shows...I did briefly get a message regarding being  on the wrong  "com".  Before I could read it completely, it disappeared.

Any suggestions?  it would appear something in the handheld isn't talking to the ECU, even though it's claiming to be connected.  Is there some special software that needs to be installed on the handheld for the pro cal to work?Remember, I got the folder wiht the procal via dropbox, so i don't know if I need anythng else to start using it..

Hi

So I stumbled on this thread as I was having this very issue. Everything opened and said it was connected but almost all the icons where greyed out and not functioning.

Solution that got me running (on windows 10 pc):

-Right click fitec shortcut icon

-Select: Run as administrator

-Click yes to the user account control box that opens

Fitec procal software will now open with all icons NOT greyed out and cal settings  should be visible.

First pic of what screen looked like when first opened, 2nd pic of procal software when opened as administrator.
