Tach Output
I am trying to get my Autometer dash tach to read correctly. I have the 70004 Ultimate kit installed on an LS1/383. The tack is set for v8 engine but the tach shows about 500rpm when the hand held shows about 800. Reading what I can find, all references say the output from the ecu is programable for tach output, but I cannot find any information on how to do it.
Does anyone have any instructions?

I'm not sure if it's changed in the touch screen or the software but the tach signal output can be adjusted.
You may need to power cycle the ECM for any changes to take effect.
I know, that is what all the information I have found says, "It can be adjusted". Just looking for information on how to do that.

From the handheld Main Menu/Fitech Initial Setup/Tach and Speedo/ option #4 turn it off not sure maybe option #1 too off
