Glad to see someone posting in LS section.  I haven't got to mess with those units yet.  I have one coming in this summer.  See if I can find someone who can help.

I am now to this point with mine LS2 with 4L60e   I have 3.73 rear gear in my camaro.  NO clue what to start off with these settings either.  I have let my car idle down my street and when I did give it throttle, it would not shift up so... this needs to be set.

any info here would be great before I mess something up.  🙁

Glad I have a stick.  😀

I'm getting a go shift unit in a few weeks.  Will be a few months before I can work with it.

I found my issue.   in basic setup/transmission/04 field I had other..  when I switched it to 4Lx0e  it all started working as advertised.

Hello everyone!

I have an ULTIMATE LS ECM and Trans control; Can someone post the basic settings for shift points and line pressure based on a stock transmission 4l60e ?

Vehicle (Truck) weights 3500 Lbs,  I have a 2002 VORTEC 4.8L  4L60e, All stock, Truck Intake, 4L60e trans was rebuilt with a basic shift kit and that's it, Stock Converter, 3.50 Gears, 28.3' tall tire (225/75/15)

I just need something that I could base my settings from, I want a firm, smooth shifting trans, occasional towing (no more than 3000lbs) I tried contacting Fitech and they never responded to my request, anyone out there that has successfully set their shift points and line pressure that can help me?

I thank you in advance for all your help!

Regards,

JW
