Won't start
Quote from rogerinamarillo on September 5, 2018, 8:09 pmJust installed a Meanstreet on my Big Block Chevy. Running a Fuel Command Center, MSD Pro Billet and coil. Car will only start and run with a lot of throttle input. There are no fault codes. I'm pretty frustrated, was on hold for an hour Saturday, and can't get an e-mail reply from FiTech.

Quote from rogerinamarillo on September 6, 2018, 5:16 pmNo, I haven't touched the idle screw. Do you have any suggestions that may help me? In addition, the motor has TAYLOR non-suppression spark plug wires and AUTOLITE non-suppression plugs. Could they be part of the problem?

Quote from Deleted user on September 6, 2018, 6:06 pmFirst adjust the idle screw until it will run on its own. Within reason.... usually 1/2 to full turn at most and that would be a lot. Let it run. Watch your vitals. Once over 170 degrees on handheld, run a 30 second datalog at idle. Post a link here using Dropbox or Cloud.
Those plugs and wires can and will be a problem. Efi hates electrical interference.
