20.6 AFR and will not drop

I have a new mystery with my Fitech EFI system. I had the car in storage for two years, a few weeks ago pulled it out, replaced plugs, oil filter, O2sensor (on the safe side, had suspected issues with it before) etc.. Reset the controller to stock calibration and reset learn.. car fires right up no hickups drives like a charm. Drive it around for a few weeks with no issues, AFR targets are on point, IAC steps where they should be, life`s all good.
Today I put in two new stiffer shock absorbers, thats all I changed to the equation, start the car and it runs like an absolute turd.. AFR is pegged at 20.6, that number doesnt even move from Park to Drive or at RPM.. reset everything again, to no avail.. Target AFR at idle still at 13:6 and IAC steps are ok, but the shown (and noticable) AFR on the controller dashboard gauge is 20:6 so the unit is dumping massive amounts of fuel in the car.
GRRRRRR Please help!
Try unplugging the O2 sensor and reset the learn. For testing only to find the source of the problem.
