454 jet boat tune

any help would be great on the ideal tune to run on my jet boat from what i understand I can increase engine rpm thru the handheld unit correct?

Yes you do increase idle with handheld, but want to adjust the idle screw to bring IAC steps back down after adjustment. Around 15 steps is where I set mine.
Only make this adjustment when over 170 degrees on hanhdheld.

Everything ran great but I was chillin for an hour swimming and hanging out and the battery is dead would the handheld kill it that fast or battery or alternator is bad?

Can the efi unit run with a dead battery?

Handheld would not kill that fast. And no it can not run with less than 11v.
