Can anyone tell me the acutal values for the upshift and downshift they are using for the 4l60.  My transmission is not a smooth transition into the next gear it hammers into the next gear.  I am also not shifting into 4th gear until around 50  mph and the then the transmission will shift back into 3rd if I go 49.  Its pretty annoying.  I just need some guidence on where to put the shift points and transmission line pressure.
