Alternator wiring

Hello all,
I’m currently working on a 63 Impala with a LS/fitech setup. Fitech harness has AD244/4 pin oval plug. Alternator I’m using is CS130/single wire style. Can I repin the plug and still get a charge? Also, stock engine harness and alternator harness? Did you guys completely eliminate those wires? Kinda scratching my head on how the battery is going to charge if car accessories are being used if nothing is wired too it.

Personally, I would go to a auto electric place and get a alternator that would match that plug, but also give you the amps you are looking for. They would have the knowledge of what alternator would work and they can alter a alternator to work to your specs. Alot easier then messing around.
