Would it be better to run a boost reference to regulator above the TBI ?  My pressure isn't going up as boost shows on my carb hat, where I have an analog vacuum/boost gauge referenced, and the throttle response is sluggish. I would think since the fuel comes in above the manifold, it should be administered at the atmospheric pressure where the fuel enters the system. Running twin t3/t4 hybrids on a 408, so there is no lag noticed. Only boosting to 10 lbs. currently, but shouldn't my pressure rise with boost?
