Boost/vacuum reading on dashboard

Just wondering on the psi units for the boost/vacuum reading on my dashboard ?
I have a power adder 3004 am reading -15psi vacuum at idle on the dashboard but my guage reads 15 "Hg. The units on the dashboard show psi but I am assuming this is when in positive boost and when under vacuum it reflects "Hg.
Anyone else run into this ?

This sounds familiar, the units should be "in. Hg" It's the same units that have always been recorded for vacuum needed for good vacuum assisted power braking, 18 in. Hg, which would read -18 on the dashboard.
