Cam Selection

I'm building a new motor an have a Fitech 30012 system . What cam profiles will work or wont work with it ? Wich will work better on lob seperetion 106 ,110, 112,114 ? Is there a max or minimal lift or duration ?

fitech recommends 110 lobe center or more, on there website is starting points for the cam selection based off of engine vacuum
example 13-18 hg cam 1 19 -23 cam 2 and so on go to the fitech site look under technical
