Check Valve?

Have been trying to get my cold start correct. It takes a good 10 -15 seconds to start, everything else is fine.
I have noticed I loose fuel pressure with the key off, anyone think a check valve would help at the tank? It’s a walbro 255

Certainly won't hurt. I don't have a tank mounted pump but I had to install a check valve to help start crank time.
