First off when it start the engine, the idle waves back and forth from 700ish to 1000 rpm. It does get better when its warm.

Second is when I'm driving 50ish for while the engine will not stabilize temp. It will go up to 192 where I have the electric fan set at, fan will turn on and takes a long time to pull temp down. Shouldn't the engine stabilize at a temp and hang there until you stop then get warm and kick the fan on? I've checked the timing, and AFR looks good.
