Data Log location

Where is the data log stored on the ultimate ls handholds? Was told I needed to update software. Just put in latest software and still no Log file when viewing USB.

I had the same issue. Called fitech and was instructed to add a folder named log_file to the folder. Did so, and mine has been storing data since. Hope that helps!
