Data logging.
Hey guys, I'm a newbie. But I'm learning. My son has a 69 kingswood wagon with a 5.3 ultimate ls 750 kit. We have tried data logging and it won't come up when we plug the hand held into the computer. We hit long on and long off. What are we missing?
Someone will correct me if I'm wrong but I believe I saw other data log posts. You have to remove the directory and/or any existing files or older units won't data log.
It turns out, if you delete all the .csv files in the DashBoard directory, without deleting the DashBoard directory, it doesn't know where to put the log files. If you delete the DashBoard directory, it will create the DashBoard directory and put in the csv log file in there. So, the moral of the story is, if you need to clear out the DashBoard directory log files, also delete the DashBoard directory.
Thanks for the replies. I talked to fitech and they said to put a log file folder on it. Yeah it didn't work. I guess they will have to send an update.
