Engine sputters at 1000-1500rpms

New to forum. Recently installed fitech 400 hp unit with fuel command center on an older sbc , have no idea what the cam is. Runs good when engine is cold but once it heats up, it sputters and hesitates at 1000 to around 2000 rpms. I have sent help requests to fitech but have not heard back from. Not very impressed with them and or their product. I have data log but have no idea how to post here.

You can post here with Dropbox or Cloud link. I want to see a 30 second log at idle only. Make sure the coolant temp, on handheld, is 170 or higher.
