Feels like it is over loading fuel at cruising speeds

Pretty new to this and was looking where should I start adjusting and the best way to do it.

First thing you will want to work on is iac they are real high even at idle.
It should be between 6 and 12 at idle

We actually did have that way out of wack. So we got it in the range fitech said. It is running alot better now. Now we have it cutting out at 60mph and 4k. So going to pull another data log and check it out.
