So with engine running I can change idle AFR, depress handheld button to save setting and observe effect?

What is the magic word to get Dropbox to send a link to this site? I shared, created a link, and then copied the link. When I right click on this forum message there is no paste option.

You paste in the dialog section. Not in the Upload Files area.
