Fitech goes rich when throttle closed-tps=0, vacuum up, decellerating

Note that this is a port injection system, not a TBI. I ran these injectors on this engine with a Megasquirt setup and it ran well. At that time I used the 43 pound fuel pressure so continued to use that with the Fitech setup. That was a common pressure in the Megasquirt world.

First things first. Monitor your fuel pressure first, certainly there is a way to do that.

What's interesting is that this issue you are having even happens with very low TPS. I think the 19 lb injectors are good for about 200 Hp.

Just to give some more information. I have a Walbro 255 liter in tank pump with return. I run out of the tank into a Crown Vic fuel filter. Then to the end of one fuel rail. Then jumps over to the other fuel rail then to an Aeromotive adjustable bypass regulator, then back to the tank. I have a pressure gauge at the regulator that shows 42 pounds rock steady with hitting the throttle no matter how hard. I know there is no load at this point but I don't have a gauge in the car yet. I'm working towards getting an electric gauge in the car.

I had selected cam number 1 but at your suggestion changed to cam number 2. I got the car warmed up and ran it around taking a couple data logs. I'll try to add them here.

ok, sounds like it passed the pressure test, with as low a TPS has you were seeing problems. I'll take a look at your log file when I get home. If that looks better then we can continue on.

It's saying your file doesn't exist in dropbox. You have done this before successfully, not sure what happened this time. Did you by chance forget to make it public?
