FiTech Support - Access From Canada
I have been encountering "all circuits are busy, call later" when contacting FiTech Support from Canada when using their 877 - 521-7787 (their Canada toll free number). I even receive this warning when calling outside their business hours.
The direct dial numbers work but I can not afford the long distance charges while waiting in the queue for a tech to answer.
Is there another toll free number I can use from Canada?
I had a similar 'hard to get someone on the tech line' issue when an injector kept sticking within weeks of install. I ended up sending email and got a call back later in the week, and a new injector sent (no other injector failures in past 3 years, jinx). Recommend using contact support and they will call back, eventually.
Thanks, I also sent them an email requesting a phone number or to call me, haven't heard from them yet. My issue is complicated enough that it can not be dealt with over email - Fault code 36 RPM Noise.
Fault 36 RPM Code is usually associated with the blue rpm signal wire picking up interference from the spark plug wires. Ether relocate the wire or shield the wire and ground the shield. This is only associated with Fitech's TBI units.
