Flare up at start

How do you adjust rpm flare up at start and the rate the rpm comes back down to idle?,,,,, i have several units i have installed , some are ok some are overkill....... Thanks Rick

I am including a link to the definitions for IAC control. Specifically look a the "Loop Down Rate" section. Increasing the value will increase the speed of return to idle.
