Flat spot
I have the go street 400 hp EFI. On a Chevy 350 with MSD ignition ,cam,edlbrock manifold, Vortech heads and gear driven.
I have had the efi about four years with zero problems. The other day I went to pull my truck out of the garage and it felt like
was running out of gas . So I cleaned the fuel filters. Started it back up now when I give it gas it has a flat spot. I watched a few
you tube videos . I checked the fuel regulator found fuel in the vacuum line . So I changed it took for test ride same thing give
gas takes off then goes flat. I change the tps . Idel is at 850 rpms tps is a 0 and iac is 3. No fault codes. Fuel pump is at 77%.
Any ideas ? Thanks
Have you checked the fuel pressure at the fuel inlet to see what it is at. Put a gauge inline to see what it is. May be the fuel pump. Is the pump in-tank or inline and what brand of pump?
Pump is a inline and its a fi tech pump . Im going to order a psi gauge. Thanks

Personally I would replace the FiTech pump with Walbro pump that are made in the USA. The Fi-tech pumps are Chinese junk. Here is one that will work. https://walbrofuelpumps.com/walbro-gsl392-inline-fuel-255lph-pump.html What I also high recommend is to put a external relay to power the pump and have the Fitech TBI trigger the relay. Fitech can drive up to a 15 amp pump, but I dont recommend it as high current draw can damage the ECU. The only exception is you have the new ECU with a external Fuse/relay box.
