Flooding cold start

I've fuel fouled 2 sets of plugs trying to start my truck. First set were champion 792 and my other ones that are in it are ngk 7405. I have no vacuum leaks and I have new exhaust system. Last week when it was 40 degs it started ok but tonight I went to take it for a drive it spit off flooded and died and it smelled really rich when it sputtered. What setting do I need to change. I wish it would idle up for like 10 seconds when it first starts like my LT1 did before I put this engine in.

First turn off your prime shot by using a value of -100. Try to start.  Should solve problem.  If it doesn't start, add a small amount of fuel to your crank at 20 degrees.

Been messing with mine for days and getting no where then I see this so tried it, got it to fire after about 6/7 cranks with 23 on the 20 degrees, still have some work to do like do I need more or less but it's a start.....thank you

Alfa302.  I must be a little more clear.   After turning off Prime, you want to add fuel in the temp range of current engine temp.

Austin, that is where I'm going wrong as I'm still taking fuel out from the 65 and 170 (-35/-70) as well.

I'll start with 20 and 35 and see how that goes.

Should have realised this, it makes sense now.

Thank you
