Fouling plugs at idle

I am setting up my Fitech 30002 on a SBF 408W with a moderate cam (setting #2) and have fouled 2 sets of plugs in the process.  I adjusted my idle AFR target to 14.2 and I am getting 15 inches of vacuum at idle---the idle seems pretty good other than being too rich.  My IAC steps are OK. My AFR trim is around -20%. I haven't experimented with higher AFR targets yet. I am enclosing a datalog. My questions are whether I should:

1) Let it self-learn and the idle will eventually lean out and not foul plugs?

2) Should I try for a higher AFR setpoint at idle?

3) Anything else to try before fouling another set of plugs?

Any suggestions are welcome!

Are you running at 18 in of exhuast past the O2 sensor?

Cam setting #1 for that vacuum.

Thanks for the suggestions---I think I am OK on O2 sensor location.  I will try resetting to cam setting #1.  My cam has LSA of 112 degrees and durations of 230/238 with lifts of 0.541/0.542.  I run timing locked at 38 degrees.
