Fuel injectors are set to 65 lb/hr

In pro tuning the default Fuel injector setting is 65 lb/hr .
Is this too high for a stock Dodge 318?

That is the setting for the injector size in the unit.

It runs better at 40 , is it because it's injecting less fuel and not overfueling?
