Fuel supply question

I have the 1200 horsepower capable unit and have it on an engine that is probably in the 850 horsepower range and I'm running it exclusively on E85.  Looking online, I'm getting recommendations that I need to run -10 AN fuel line from the pump to the EFI unit.  No problem.

Here's my problem:  the fittings on the EFI unit for the inlet are only plumbed with -6 AN fittings.  How am I supposed to cram -10 AN flow through a -6 AN fitting on the throttle body?  Do I need to split the line and feed both the front and rear inlets on the throttle body?

I also saw a vague mention online that the internal pressure regulator can't handle this level of bypass (pump is putting out more than 105 gpm) and I'll need to run a second pressure regulator somewhere upstream.  Is this true??

That could very well be true about the internal regulator.  I had my internal regulator fail and had to put in an external regulator.  You would be amazed how little pressure you lose in -6 AN hose at 58 psi.  At those pressures, it doesn't make much difference.  With low pressures for a carb, you do have to worry about it.  I'm pretty sure you mean 105 gph, but at that flow rate you will lose about 25 psi for 100 feet of hose.  You probably are about 20 feet or 1/5 of 25 psi or 5 psi of loss.  All you will need is a pump with a rated pressure of 63 psi at your flow rate of 105 gph.

thats a good question on the line size obviously you would need to buy the correct -10 fittings to screw on the thottle bodies but if you run -10 you still have the original restriction at the throttle body or bodies and that will cause in it self a pressure increase (garden hose theory you place your thumb over the end of the hose pressure goes up volume goes down i run a 871 blower with 2 power adder throttle bodies and i am using the -6 line and i maintain 60 psi  at each one but i also use the hyperfuel system and i have a holley electric pump at the fuel cell to lift the fuel to the hyperfuel i have no starvation issues even with the 545 871

I'm pretty sure you mean 105 gph...

YES - sorry about that!
