Funny Pause After Starting

Need advice on solving funny pause in engine after starting. Here's the video of the issue. Just not sure what to tweak to correct this. This is at operating temperature (over 170 deg).

So, I increased the crank IAC from 130 to 145 and it didn't try to die on me after starting. The RPM did go up a little higher, but at least I didn't feel like it was going to die on me. 😀
