I am building a 86 C30 Dually with a 455 Olds and a 4L80E trans. My question is does anyone know what the vss signal wire range is that is intended to hook up to electronic aftermarket speedos? Will it go to 2000ppm or what are its limits. I am trying to figure out if I can use the factory cruise control which I believe requires a 2000ppm signal to operate. It is the factory custom cruise III. Any help would be appriciated as I am in the middle of wiring in my classic instruments gauge cluster and am trying to figure out the vss wiring as I believe it will also work with the 2000ppm signal.
