Handheld Controller Issue
Hello all
Just finished the mechanical installation of a 30002 and 40004 system but when I tried to set initial engine parameters I received a message that said "group not found check ft card". What do I do???
Will contact FiTech directly but any insight would be appreciated.

Try removing the SD card. Clean contacts and reinstall. Also try hooking handheld to PC and see if it works there.
Hi guys
Fitech sent a new SD card which fixed the controller problem but the dreaded tach noise issue came up. Shielded everything, grounded everything, routed wires carefully and nothing helped. Finally, I had a generic coil laying around and decided to give it a try. Trouble code gone, idles perfectly at target, right at AFR target, purrs like a kitten. I was treated well by Fitech support and thank heaven I found this site. It gave me direction and encouragement to methodically work through the possibilities.

Hey folks, I've been running the FiTech LS system in the Arizona heat for almost a year now and just experienced this "TF card" issue. It's the first issue I've experienced that I'd blame on the FiTech system and not user error.
Ultimately I had to call FiTech (30 minute hold around 2pm PST) to have them e-mail me the required files for the FiTech LS system. I then placed those files on a new SD card and my troubles were gone. I'll let y'all know if this happens again... I'm definitely making a backup SD to keep in my truck.
