Handheld controller problem

I installed my Go efi 400 system this week on my 302 engine, It started the first time.
After the engine was running I could go thru all screen and enter them. After I turned my engine off and restarted the engine i was not able to enter the dashboard or any other screen. The screen displays then "could not find group check TF card". I discovered when i cycle the compleet power of the handheld controller i was able to go thru the different screens, but after turning the engine off and restart same screen pops up. I cleaned the contacts of the TF card and reinsert it several times withoud any succes. So today I called Fitech and the came with same solution by cleaning the contacts. Before I send my controller back to Fitech i want to know if somebody had the same problems and may have a solution for it?

Haven't seen that, but it sounds like it would be the right answer to send handheld back.

Today i received  the new handheld controller from fitech. I tested it and it works fine so it was my handheld controller.

So if somebody has the same problem this seems the solution.

Now see if i can get the the system adjusted. for now it has problems with starting when the engine is warm. But about this topic I can find a lot of information on the forum and websites.

Hey folks, I've been running the FiTech LS system in the Arizona heat for almost a year now and just experienced this "TF card" issue. It's the first issue I've experienced that I'd blame on the FiTech system and not user error.

Ultimately I had to call FiTech (30 minute hold around 2pm PST) to have them e-mail me the required files for the FiTech LS system. I then placed those files on a new SD card and my troubles were gone. I'll let y'all know if this happens again... I'm definitely making a backup SD to keep in my truck.
