If you have the Fitech regulator, it needs to be placed in the return line near the fuel rail. So, you should have a feed line going into one fuel rail and a return on the other side with the regulator. Making a complete loop. With this configuration you can prime the system by running the pump for a minute or so....

There's no need to bleed out the air. At 55PSI, any air is gone as soon as it fires up.
