IAC steps

Working on a GoEFI 600 that worked great on my previous motor, a 347 stroker. New motor is a 351w stroked to 427. Can't get the EFI to idle properly. I've ruled out any mechanical of vacuum issues - temporarily swapped on a carburetor and got it to run perfectly in idle, acceleration and cruise.  I suspect the IAC motor may be bad.

Left alone it tries to step itself down from very high IAC steps, they drop to zero, it sputters and revs back up in most cases, over and over again, or sometimes just stalls out entirely.

What do you see in these logs?  Is the IAC part something that can be found off the shelf? I can't get a response from FiTech through phone or email.

Have you tried backing the idle screw off?

It's interesting in looking at the logs, that it seems to stumble every time the spark advance gets to 26 deg.  I'm not sure what's causing the timing to change that much, but I think if it stayed at 15, you could adjust the IAC steps down by tuning the idle screw in about a 1/4 turn.  I'm not using timing control on my stroked 454, so my timing doesn't move around like that.  With the high duration cam I have, it likes about 30 deg timing at idle, but 15 is probably ok for yours I'm thinking.
