Idle wont adjust

I am trying to adjust the idle on the screen, however the idle on the vehicle will not adjust. I set the idle on the screen for 900 for both warm and in gear warm. Car idles somewhere in the 600. I click send to ECU and nothing changes. I go back to the idle screen and is still says the idle is set to 900.

What are your IAC steps when you try to adjust.

Not sure how this works ! Help wanted ! 700002 fitech system 5.3 finally got it to run. 850 idle target. Tried to rev starts to cut out. Had to set 02 to 16 because it was to rich popping and back firing. Seem every thing reading on the dash board. Idle jumping +/-  200 rpm IAC moving around 150 200.

Sounds like you may have an exhaust leak or not running full exhaust.  O2 will read lean and throw fuel to it causing rich condition.

Austin you were right on.. I pulled the harness and realized the mechs put the o2 harnesses on the wrong side. As soon as I switched driver to pass all issues were resolved. Hope this helps someone in the future
