ignition wiring to avoid hard starts
if anyone is running big cubic inches 460 454 396 390 557 545 600 ect and your build needs 32 or greater initial locked timing to avoid the kick back start or lope start this will save you allot of aggravation and parts for example in my case I have a 545 with a 871 and dual power adder system with hyper fuel I have destroyed 1 stock flex plate two Clements racing plates and 2 hays plate with two Hitachi starters a b&m starter and two power master xs starters summit told I am on my last warranty swap lol what you need to do is 1st get quality parts Hayes flex plat 100 and some dolor's the power master starter 260.00 the fitech needs to see rpm so you half to install a toggle switch on the ground side of the coil crank the motor to 600 rpm flip the toggle it will fire right up like a car you just bought from the dealer at least in my application it does you half to wire it like a big inch race car pro mod door slammer
