Injector 3 not getting signal.
I have a Ultimate LS 70050. First start the engine was running rough. Let it run up to temp with no improvement. Have fault code P0208 injector circuit fault. Checked injectors with node light and it is actually cylinder 3 not getting injector signal - all other injectors getting signal . Flashed ecu with new handheld with updated software - no change. Checked fuses - all good. checked grounds - all good (one on each side of the block. Checked secondary harness with ohm meter - all good - checked pins in ejector connector - all good. I think the only thing left is to check main ecu harness connection. Any Ideas? Why would 1 cylinder not fire injector?

Hey Mike, yes, the harness main plug to the ECM is your next step. Make sure the pin is at the same height as the others.

Thanks Paul, I did some additional test today and I have 12.8v on the orange wire and 3.5v on the colored wire at the injector on all cylinders except #1. 1 is backwards with 12.8v on the black wire and 3.5 on the orange wire. I swapped the driver and passenger harnesses and the code followed was P0208 now P0207. Fitech agreed there is an issue with the driver side harness and is sending out a set of secondary harnesses. If this does not solve the problem I will move on as Paul suggested. Also Fitech sent me the pinout and they have injector # 4 backwards listed as orange and it should be black.
Fixed - Took injector harness apart, the black wire and orange 12v wires were crossed. Took harness connector apart and swapped the two, checked the wire color of male connector to female, all correct, ran it up to temp - no codes. Fitech is sending me new harnesses but I have confirmed what the issue was.
